Shipments allowed to send via LEX SYSTEM

documents (which are not commodities, value 0.00) in an C5 or A4 format envelope, mass up to 0.5 kg.
shipment with the mass of up to 2 kg, volume up to 0.01 m³.
shipment with the mass of up to 4 kg, volume up to 0.02 m³.
shipment with the mass of up to 15 kg, volume up to 0.07 m³.
shipment with the mass of up to 30 kg, volume up to 0.15 m³.
shipment with the mass of up to 60 kg, volume up to 0.30 m³.
shipment with the mass of up to 100 kg, volume up to 0.50 m³.
shipment with the mass of up to 100-3000 kg, volume up to 15 m³.

How to prepare the shipment for transportation?

A legal person placing an order must issue a waybill for the shipment stating all the required details.

While placing an order for shipment pleased prepare the shipment for transportation (pack and mark) according to the transportation instruction provided. The packaging has to protect the shipped items from damage during loading, storage and transportation. The names of consignor and consignee and other necessary details must be written orderly and accurately on the package. Even though this happens extremely rarely but LEX SYSTEM‘s courier has the right to refuse to accept an unmarked, unpacked or improperly packed shipment.

What we do not accept for shipment

We cannot transport:

  • Dangerous cargoes.
  • Firearms.
  • Narcotic substances.
  • Animals.
  • Foodstuffs.

We also cannot transport shipments that are:

  • improperly or insufficiently packed;
  • may damage other shipments during transportation;
  • require special transportation facilities or permits from public authorities.
